Faster EFT is a form of acupressure used in Chinese Medicine to restructure neural pathways in the brain. Meridian points, connected to different organs affected by stress and negative emotions are lightly tapped on using our own fingers. This tapping destroys neurological mind-body connections, which changes our emotional bond with any given experience.
Faster EFT plucks key aspects of other leading-edge intervention strategies, such as NLP, EFT, and BSFF, giving rise to a potent, supercharged technique that triggers the brain to re-code itself on a deeply unconscious and fundamental cellular level.
It is a universal healing system that can address virtually anything including, but not limited to the Release of Anxiety • Low Self-esteem • Fears • Phobias • Creative Blocks • Weight • Depression • Grief & Loss • Cravings • Headache • Relationship Problems • Insomnia • Bad Habits • Disease • Allergy • Pain • Fatigue • Trauma Addictions
By replacing our current perceptions with ones that actually make us feel good, we allow our subconscious mind to propel us forward into our desired reality with ease and grace. We are finally able to make peace with our past memories. When we change what the subconscious holds, we behave differently, we make better choices and decisions, our health, our relationships improve and our life changes for the better!

AYURVEDA literally “the science of life”, seeks to support a rich, flavorful life on all levels. The Sanskrit word rasa translates as “juice” or “flavor.” It is also the name of the primary nutritional substance of the body that is associated plasma and lymph.  If rasa is healthy, the entire body is likely to have vitality and the mind will feel satiated, content and find enjoyment in life. If we want to support healthy rasa, Ayurveda has taught that we need to have appropriate daily routines. We need to develop habits that support balance and health within shifting environments. A fundamental tenet of Ayurveda is that “like increases like.” For example, the relative heat of midday will increase the heat in the body and mind and increase the power of Agni, the digestive fire. This means that we will have greater digestive capacity in the middle of the day and so this is the best time to eat our main meal. The early morning, being cool and a time of change, is a beneficial time to create internal heat through exercise and to engage in a

routine that centers the mind. Each time of day comes with inherent qualities. While morning and evening tend to be cool and are related to change, midday is a time of action and appetite. If we are interested in maintaining a healthy equilibrium, it is incumbent upon us to recognize these qualities and learn how to respond in a manner that maintains balance. How we respond will, in part depend on our individual constitutions. What will feel good to one person may cause irritation or anxiety in another. If we understand a little bit about our own constitutions, we can better understand how to develop daily routines that support health.

Massiel graduated from Lincoln tech in 2012 with her Associate's degree in both Health Science and Medical Assisting. She worked at an Aesthetics office in Atlanta gaining experience as a surgical tech. Massiel decided to follow her passion for Holistic medicine and Chiropractic. She started working at Innovative Health and Wellness in March 2013. She learned how to become a front and back office medical assistant. Becoming a Wellness coach at the medical office influenced her to guide clients on a spiritual level. Massiel has studied Hypnosis for the past few years through Martin Baratz. She states hypnosis found her after a tragic event in her life 9 years ago. "Hypnosis changed my life because it taught me how to cope," states Massiel. In psychology, coping means to invest own conscious effort, to solve problems in order to try to master, minimize stress and conflict. So many people don't understand how powerful the mind really is. Hypnotherapy opens up the subconscious in order to apply positive intentions for personal growth. We have the choice to stay in pain or use pain as a tool for the power to heal. She also learned about Reiki healing the same year! Massiel became a Reiki level, 2 healer, through Jeff Jacobs in Marietta, Georgia. Massiel works part-time at The Herb and Healing Center in Canton, Ga. She incorporates sound healing, breathwork, emotional freedom tapping and crystal healing in her sessions. Massiel strives to facilitate healing for those who want help. She enjoys spending time camping with her 11-year-old son, attending music festivals, cooking, drinking tea and practicing yoga. Her intentions are to help others on a spiritual level along with assisting them to live a healthier life. Her goal is to open a spiritual awareness camp in North Georgia. The camp will provide a healing space with mindful workshops for people in search of higher consciousness in this human experience.
