Yoga is a practice that combines stretching, controlled breathing, and relaxation. Yoga helps reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and calm body, mind, and spirit.
will help you get started living an extraordinary with with our new yoga classes. We help you discover how you can live and inspired, empowered life. We offer beginners yoga classes to yoga flow and many options in between. In September 2017 we are pleased to anounce we will have over 20 adult classes and will be adding yoga classes for toddlers all the way to preteen.
Yoga and Wellness of Blue Ridge goes beyond classes, if you have tried one of our beginners yoga classes or a yoga flow, than you should also try a one on one Thai Bodywork session.
We use techniques such as stretching, compression and focus on trigger points in this session, to open your body in ways you cannot expect from any other bodywork.
