Breathing techniques and focused meditation may be added, along with longer holds during the postures depending on the teacher or the particular class focus. Yoga flow is excellent for students who find that movement helps to create a release of stress, and creates a focus on their mental concentration, thus leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after the practice.
