Gentle Flow- In this class, postures are taught so that each pose links to the previous pose, creating a continuous “flow” of movement. Breathing techniques and focused meditation may be added, along with longer holds during the postures depending on the teacher or the particular class focus. Yoga flow is excellent for students who find that movement helps to create a release of stress, and creates a focus on their mental concentration, thus leading to deep relaxation and steadiness after the practice.

Yin Yoga-is unique in that you are asked to close the eyes, relax and soften the muscles, through deeper postures and experience the self within. Postures are mainly on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and the joints of the body.

Barre - This classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are combined with motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. You must register online in order to guarantee your space in this class.
