Beginner Gentle Yoga:
 Whether you have never done yoga or are just beginning, have injuries or need to take it slow, this class is for you! We move slowly in this class yet you will feel you worked and stretch your body in a way you didn't think was possible. Yoga is for Every Body!

Yoga Basics:
 In this class, we will explore postures noticing how each feels within the body, where the breath moves, and where the mind focuses. Although we will explore standing and seated poses, there will be transitions to accommodate all levels. Whether you are wanting to explore the finer point of a pose or just beginning your yogic journey, this is a great place to start tapping into the power of slower movement. 

Yin Yoga:
 Yin yoga is unique in that you are invited to close the eyes, relax and soften the muscles, and experience the self within through deeper postures. Postures are mainly on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes each, targeting the connective tissues for an intense stretch and facilitating a deep meditative state.

All Levels Yoga: 
Are you wanting to try yoga or are you an experienced yogi? Either way, this class is for you! We will move through postures exploring how the breath can work within those postures and how the poses feel within your body. This class is for all levels.

Restorative Yoga:
 This class incorporates aspects from various yogic styles and philosophies to provide deep rest, relaxation, and healing for the mind, body and spirit. Class may include supported postures with long luscious holds, breathwork, meditation and/or nidra. Restorative yoga is an extremely gentle class to clear your mind and relax your body, and is appropriate for all levels offering the perfect balance to a more active practice.

Rise Above Barre classes:
This upbeat and motivating class is a mix of Pilates, dance, ballet, strengthening and functional training. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim, and stretch your entire body. 

Sculpted-Movement Classes: 
This class is a mix of Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training, free weights, sliders, bands and core to help sculpt and tone the entire body. This class will be challenging and will offer modifications for all levels. Be prepared to get a little sweaty!
